Viet Takeaway in Albuquerque

“This was our second time dining at Pepper One, and it definitely confirmed how much we enjoy this place. Everything we’ve ordered so far has been consistently delicious and fresh. The sushi rolls have been a highlight for us — the Dragon Roll was flavorful and beautifully prepared, and the grilled salmon was cooked perfectly with great seasoning. I personally loved the sesame tofu — it had a great texture and the sauce was spot on. My boyfriend ordered the drunken noodles and couldn’t stop talking about how good they were. The portion sizes were satisfying, and you can really tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Another thing that really stands out is the service. The waitstaff is very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the owners themselves are just as kind. It creates a really comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to come back again. Overall, we’ve had a great experience both times and are looking forward to trying more items on the menu. Highly recommend if you’re looking for flavorful sushi, tasty entrees, and excellent service! 🍣✨😊”

“I’ve lived in California hell I’ve driven to California just for better sushi. For the first time I don’t have to leave just to get great sushi! This places owners are down to earth and put so much attention and detail into this great experience if you haven’t had a chance to swing by here yet do! Hands down the best sushi I’ve had in town and I’ve tried basically everyone at this point. Naka sushi king.. everyone doesn’t compare. Simply amazing”
